Dear mint rubber/mint ruberette,

First of all allow us to thank you for reading the 12th issue of our prestigious electronic publication. The mere fact that you have spared some time for this activity is a great achievement for us (and for mint rubbing in general).

This month we have been busy strengthening ties with fellow mint rubbers and eye openers at dbrom, sictir and urban experiences. We've had several discussions about the current state of the Romanian society and some thought exchanges. One result is the RBR initiative, our common attempt at reforming brains and opening eyes.

Another accomplishment is increased cooperation between our sites. This month's Mint Rubbing Journal features dbrom as special guest. Several articles were exchanged between RMRA and dbrom and posted on both sites (you'll find them in the following pages). In the future we might initiate similar exchanges with the other sites. More projects are being studied, so please stay tuned - we'll let you know.

Next, we'd like to thank everyone that honoured us by writing in the Mint Rubbing Journal, our automated electronic tool designed for online mint rubbing. You'll find some of the messages at the bottom of the pages in this issue. If you haven't done that already, please go and type a few words. Tell us your thoughts on mint rubbing. Or anything else. Share your wisdom with the world. Click here.

Finally, we want to remind you that in December RMRA celebrates one year of existence. We will probably post the December issue of the Mint Rubbing Journal ealier, so that you can enjoy it in peace. But december means much more than Christmas holidays and online mint rubbing. Do not be distracted. Do not forget december 1989. Do not forget human stupidity and ignorance, corruption and crime, 105$ average monthly wages and failure to be admitted in the EU. Take five minutes to think about the 12 years that have passed.
