As mintrubbing.org grows in popularity among professional and amateur mint rubbers alike, more and more uses and applications are found for the site. An interesting trend that has taken off in the past months is the use of mintrubbing.org on forums: some people use the association's site as their homepage in profiles; honestly, we love that. Others even use a mintrubbing.org banner as a signature in their posts, like the true mintrubbing visionaries that they are.

All of this adds to the already impressive list of people linking to RMRA's official website from their own webpages. The efforts and dedication of these people are beyond words.

While these developments are indeed wonderful, we for our part have been lagging behind. Simply put, the RMRA banners that we provide to our fans are getting old. Furthermore, emerging trends in web design call for improved and more attractive banners for posting on today's cutting-edge websites and forums.

After carefully analyzing this problem for a couple of months (yes, months - mint rubbing is an important indegredient in any project we undertake here at the association) we started improving the basic mintrubbing.org banner.

Recognizing a trend that has been in full effect for several years now, we decided to jump on the miniaturization bandwagon. "Small is beautiful" they say, and in some cases they're probably right; and let's not forget the guiding force beyond some of the more successful sites on the web today - "less is more".

Anyway, after more months spent on careful manipulation of Photoshop, we are now proud to present the results of our work: slick little banners featuring famous mintrubbing.org quotes or assorted mint rubbing terminology. Let us begin.

For the professional mint rubber who wants to make a statement to the world and is not shy to brag about his mint rubbing expertise and RMRA membership, we devised the following line of banners/logos/buttons/whatever you want to call them:

For people who unconditionally love the association, we have devised the following products:

The mint rubbing fanatic has not been forgotten:

Next we put our recently redesigned logo to some use:

For pages with abstract designs we feature the following products:

When you feel you need to show the world what mint rubbing is all about (can also be used as forum avatars):

And now mint rubbing buttons/banners/logos featuring some of our favorite quotes, slogans and messages. First, banners in English:

And last, but not least, banners in Romanian:

As you can see, there's something for everyone in this collection. Study the above products carefully, pick the right one for you, right-click and save it, and then use it on forums, on your webpage and pretty much anywhere else (don't forget to link to mintrubbing.org). As you know, we carefully track pages linking to us and present them on our site, so don't miss your chance to impress the world and be featured in our monthly mintrubbing enthusiasts hall of fame.

If you have already linked to us, then sir or madam, we salute you. If you find that one of the above banners better suits your needs and the artistic vision of your site (or forum posts), please feel free to replace the RMRA banner you currently use.

To post one of the above banners on your website do the following: right-click on the banner you like best, choose "Save picture as..." and save the banner on your hard drive (remember the name of the file and the folder you saved it to); next, add the following html code to your webpage:

<a href=http://mintrubbing.org target="_blank"><img src=bannerfilename.gif border=0></a>

repplace "bannerfilename.gif" with the actual name of the banner file (i.e. rmra30.gif) and then upload the banner file and the html file to your web server. you're all set!

Mint rubbing world domination is only years away! Do your part and together we will rule the world!
